Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show policy

Notice Requirement

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Aurora Clinic requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments.

Prepaid Sessions

• Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your prepaid session within the 48-hour notice period, you will forfeit that appointment, and it will be deducted from your course.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and deducted from your course.
